Remove cloud drive icon in Windows explorer

Run registry and delete everything under HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Desktop\NameSpace

Right click
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Desktop\NameSpace, Permission.

Select Deny for Everyone.
