Recreate Windows installer ISO from USB created by Rufus
Use ImgBurn . Select Create image file from files/folders . Add the USB drive. Open the Advanced → Bootable Disc tab and tick Make Image Bootable . Specify the correct boot image file: BIOS: boot\etfsboot.com UEFI: efi\microsoft\boot\efisys.bin Click Build to create the ISO.
