Run netplwiz

Uncheck Users must enter a user name...... 

 If checkbox not available, run regedit, go to 

Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\PasswordLess\Device

Change value DevicePasswordLessBuildVersion to 0.
